TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply to all tickets purchased for and attendance at BunVegas Music Festival ("BunVegas", "Festival", "Event", "we", "us" or "our").
BunVegas Music Festival is held at Bunbury Turf Club, Bunbury, Western Australia.
By purchasing a ticket or attending BunVegas, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. TICKETS
1.1 All tickets must be purchased through the authorised ticketing platform, Flicket, or another authorised ticket seller.
1.2 Each ticket is valid for one person for the Event date specified on the ticket, unless otherwise stated.
1.3 Tickets must be retained and presented for entry.
1.4 Each ticket may only be scanned once. Once a ticket has been scanned, it cannot be reused.
1.5 We are not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorised sellers or third parties.
1.6 We reserve the right to refuse entry where a ticket is fraudulent, duplicated, cancelled, unlawfully resold or otherwise invalid.
2. TICKET REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
2.1 All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable except where a refund, cancellation, transfer or other remedy is required by applicable law.
2.2 If you purchase a ticket and subsequently change your mind, become unavailable, change your plans or are otherwise unable to attend the Festival, you are not entitled to a refund.
2.3 If the Festival is cancelled, postponed or undergoes a significant change, we will communicate the arrangements to ticket holders and deal with any refund or other entitlement in accordance with applicable Australian Consumer Law and other applicable legislation.
2.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
2.5 Where a refund is legally required or otherwise approved by the organisers, refunds will generally be processed through Flicket using the original method of payment, subject to the applicable ticketing arrangements.
3. EVENT CHANGES
3.1 We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the Festival, including artist line-up, running order, performance times, stage locations, Festival layout, facilities, vendors and supporting entertainment.
3.2 Artists and performances may change due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
3.3 We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes to ticket holders.
3.4 Where a change constitutes a cancellation or major change under applicable consumer law, any rights to a refund or other remedy will be dealt with in accordance with that law.
4. AGE & CHILDREN
4.1 BunVegas is an all-ages event.
4.2 Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by and remain under the supervision of a responsible adult for the duration of the Event.
4.3 Parents, guardians and responsible adults are responsible for the supervision and behaviour of children and young people in their care.
4.4 Under-18s are not permitted to purchase, possess, consume or be supplied alcohol.
4.5 All alcohol sales and consumption will be subject to Western Australian liquor laws and the conditions applicable to the venue and Event.
5. ALCOHOL
5.1 Alcohol may only be purchased and consumed in accordance with applicable Western Australian liquor laws and the conditions of the Event's liquor licence.
5.2 Valid identification may be required.
5.3 Alcohol must not be supplied to anyone under 18.
5.4 Responsible Service of Alcohol practices will apply.
5.5 Festival staff, venue staff and security may refuse service or take other action where required by law or for the safety of patrons.
6. ENTRY & SECURITY
6.1 All patrons may be subject to security screening on entry.
6.2 Bags and personal belongings may be searched by authorised security personnel.
6.3 Patrons must comply with reasonable directions from Festival staff, security personnel, venue staff, emergency services and police.
6.4 We reserve the right to refuse entry to or remove any person who behaves violently, threateningly, abusively or offensively; is dangerously intoxicated; engages in harassment, discrimination or antisocial behaviour; refuses reasonable directions; possesses prohibited items; attempts to enter restricted areas; damages property; breaches these Terms & Conditions; or otherwise acts unlawfully or creates a safety or security concern.
6.5 A person refused entry or removed from the Festival due to their conduct or breach of these Terms & Conditions will generally not be entitled to a refund.
7. PROHIBITED ITEMS
The following items are prohibited unless expressly authorised:
weapons or items capable of being used as weapons;
illegal drugs or prohibited substances;
glass containers;
outside alcohol;
fireworks or explosives;
flammable or hazardous materials;
laser pointers;
drones;
professional recording equipment without prior approval;
items that may reasonably create a safety risk; and
any other item prohibited by the venue, police, licensing authorities or Festival management.
Prohibited items may be confiscated and may not be returned.
8. DRUGS & ILLEGAL ACTIVITY
8.1 Illegal drugs and prohibited substances are not permitted at BunVegas.
8.2 Suspected illegal activity may be reported to police or other relevant authorities.
8.3 We reserve the right to refuse entry to or remove any person suspected of engaging in illegal activity.
9. PATRON BEHAVIOUR
BunVegas is intended to be a safe, inclusive and enjoyable event for everyone.
We have a zero-tolerance approach to violence, harassment, bullying, discrimination, sexual harassment, threatening behaviour and aggressive or abusive conduct.
Patrons must treat other patrons, artists, staff, contractors, volunteers, security and venue personnel with respect.
10. PHOTOGRAPHY, FILMING & RECORDING
10.1 Photography, video and audio recording may take place throughout BunVegas.
10.2 By entering the Festival, you acknowledge that you may appear in photographs, video or other recordings.
10.3 Such material may be used for legitimate Festival purposes including social media, websites, advertising, promotional material, media coverage, future event promotion and archival purposes.
11. WEATHER & OUTDOOR CONDITIONS
11.1 BunVegas may include outdoor areas and performances.
11.2 Patrons should be prepared for weather conditions including heat, rain and wind.
11.3 We may alter, delay, suspend or cease performances or Festival activities where reasonably necessary for safety.
11.4 Where weather or other circumstances result in cancellation or a significant change to the Event, any applicable refund or other entitlement will be dealt with in accordance with applicable law.
12. LOST OR STOLEN PROPERTY
12.1 Patrons are responsible for their personal belongings.
12.2 We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property except to the extent required by law.
12.3 Lost property should be reported to Festival staff.
13. MEDICAL & EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE
First aid and emergency assistance will be available at the Festival. Patrons requiring assistance should contact Festival staff, security or first aid personnel.
14. ACCESSIBILITY
We aim to make BunVegas accessible and welcoming to all patrons.
If you require accessibility assistance, please contact the Festival prior to the Event wherever possible so reasonable arrangements can be discussed.
15. PERSONAL SAFETY
Patrons attend BunVegas at their own risk, subject to any rights and guarantees that cannot legally be excluded.
Patrons should take reasonable care of themselves and others and follow all safety directions.
16. VENUE RULES
BunVegas is held at Bunbury Turf Club and patrons must comply with all reasonable venue rules and directions.
17. PRIVACY
Personal information collected in connection with ticket purchases, Festival attendance, competitions, marketing and other interactions with BunVegas will be handled in accordance with the BunVegas Music Festival Privacy Policy.
18. CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
19. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary to reflect changes to the Event, ticketing arrangements, venue requirements, applicable law or operational requirements.
